What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Standard label tags start at 1,000 pieces. Custom-designed tags typically start at 500 pieces. For sample evaluation, we ship free sample kits of 10-20 tags with different form factors so you can test on your actual surface materials.
Do you provide pre-encoded tags?
Yes. We can pre-encode EPC, TID, and User memory banks per your specification — including SGTIN-96 encoding for retail, GRAI for returnable assets, or custom ASCII/Hex formats. Encoding is done in-line during production at no additional cost for volume orders.
Can you match my existing tag's performance?
Yes — send us a sample of your current tag and we will reverse-engineer the antenna design, measure its performance on your target surface, and produce an equivalent or improved version. This is one of our most common workflows for importers switching suppliers.
What certifications do your tags carry?
Our standard UHF tag portfolio is FCC Part 15, CE/RED, and ETSI EN 302 208 compliant. Materials meet RoHS 3 and REACH standards. Our factory holds ISO 9001:2015 certification. We provide full certification documentation with every shipment.
How long from order to delivery?
Standard catalog tags: 5-10 business days for volumes under 100K. Custom tag development: 2-3 weeks including antenna design and sampling. Bulk production: negotiated per order. We ship via DHL/FedEx express (3-5 days worldwide) or sea freight for container volumes.
